High-Brightness LED Panel Mount Indicator Series From VCC Delivers Superior Daytime Visibility
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 14, 2016) — VCC, the global leader in indication and specialty illumination solutions, has developed a new high brightness LED panel mount indicator series that achieves full brightness in microseconds – even in daylight viewing. Front panel snap-in mounting eases installation, leading to a significant reduction in assembly time and cost. Snaps fit into 0.500” (1.27mm) panel hole and requires no additional hardware. Well suited for new and retrofit designs, the 1092 Series LED panel mount indicators provide low energy consumption, fast on/off and low heat generation — enabling long operating life of more than 100,000 hours.
The LED panel mount indicators are shock and impact vibration resistant when used with a speed nut accessory, improving the overall reliability of the equipment. The 1092 Series is water, dust and oil resistant when used with an O-ring gasket accessory that also helps maximize the life expectancy of the equipment.
Available in four different lens styles, including hi hat, hi dome, semi dome and small dome, the customizable 1092 Series meets a wide range of application requirements. Offered in red, green and amber colors, the 12VDC and 48VDC LED indicators are designed with wire leads (4.4″/4.8″) or tab terminal (0.187″ x .020″).

The 1092 Series LED panel mount indicators can be used in automation & control, electrical control panel, food service, industrial, manufacturing, maritime, medical equipment, oil & gas, people mover, and transportation applications.
Customers can start to place orders with distribution on March 21, 2016 with small quantity inventory available almost immediately and larger production runs in the 6 week range.
